The platform is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and Chinese, and course titles and descriptions are translated with AI.
The assistant knows which class you're watching and looks for the answer in the course material. Ask it to explain a concept another way, give you an example or quiz you to review.

Today's class covered RPE. What is it and how do I use it with my clients?
It's the rate of perceived exertion: after each set, the client rates from 1 to 10 how hard it was. It helps you adjust the day's load to how each person feels, not just to the planned weight.
Can you give me an example with squats?
If you plan 3 sets of 8 at RPE 7, the client picks a weight they could do 2 or 3 more reps with. If the last set feels like a 9, lower the load a little next session.
Great. Can you ask me two review questions?
Sure. First: what does RPE 10 mean? Second: why is it worth recording RPE along with the loads? Answer and I'll check.
