Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

Use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

AMAIP offers training, masterclasses, workout plans and digital services related to sports, fitness and wellness, through on-demand and live content, issuing professional certifications.

3. Registration and user account

To access certain content you must create an account, providing true, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.

AMAIP may suspend or cancel the account in the event of breach of these Terms or fraudulent use of the service.

4. Plans, prices and payments

Prices, modalities and scope of each plan are reported on the platform at the time of contracting. Payments are processed through authorised providers and the applicable currency is indicated in each transaction.

AMAIP may modify prices and plans, notifying changes with reasonable advance notice. Modifications do not affect contracts already paid.

5. Refund policy

You may request a refund within the time frames and conditions established by the applicable consumer protection regulations. The request must be made by writing to facturacion@amaip.ai, providing proof of payment and the reason.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, videos, trademarks, logos, designs, software) is owned by AMAIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property regulations.

By contracting the service you obtain a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the content. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Permitted use

You agree to use the platform in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to carry out actions that may damage, overload or disable the service, or that violate third-party rights.

8. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to share your credentials, download or record content without authorisation, reverse engineer the software, use bots or scraping, and any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

9. Certifications

Certifications issued by AMAIP attest the passing of the corresponding course according to internal requirements. They do not imply professional authorisation when such is granted by state authorities; in those cases, it is up to the user to manage their registration.

10. Limitation of liability

AMAIP does not guarantee that the service is available uninterruptedly and free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use or inability to use the platform.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms for legal, technical or commercial reasons. We will notify substantial changes and, should you continue to use the service, it will be understood that you accept them.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the consumer's non-waivable rights.
